multi-listings, new construction, and for-sale-by-owner.
Via the (MLS) Multiple
Listing Service's internet site you are able to view all of the
multi-listings. MLS information usually includes price, city, style of
home, # of bedrooms & baths, and a photo or two.
MLS information will also
include the listing agent's name & phone number. Please note, however, the
listing agent's responsibility is to the seller to secure the highest
price...which is the exact opposite of what you, as the buyer, are
hoping for. Simply put, a listing agent will be happy to represent
you, but your best interests will not be served or protected by this
representation.
Homebuyers
Advocate, on the other hand, provides representation that focuses on
buyers' rights and concerns exclusively.
